​Attorney Leake graduated with honors and nation accolades from Duquense Law School.  He started his career as a judicial law clerk to the now President Judge of Somerset County, The Honorable D. Gregory Geary.  Afterward he worked for Attorney Joseph Policicchio, a practitioner with more than 45 years experience in Somerset.   Leake has extensive experience litigating civil cases, family law, divorce, custody, and criminal law in Somerset County more than nine (9) years in the making.  David is an extremely motivated and zealous advocate ready to assist you.  His main areas of practice are currently personal injury, criminal defense, DUI Defense, custody, divorce and family law.
